It was observed that he wasn’t by himself. Fortunately, we have additional resources, allowing us to investigate simultaneously. Shiva is required to accompany us due to his foreign status; he appears to be quite intimidated and uninformed about the situation, but he isn’t exhibiting any signs of hostility or aggression.
As soon as we met Shiva and her two siblings, we were smitten by their sweet nature. Sadly, her siblings were adopted quickly, leaving Shiva behind. We’ve been caring for her at the vet, and today we’re dropping her off for some x-rays. It turns out that she has an old fracture that won’t heal, and amputation seems to be the only solution. The vet scheduled her surgery right away, and we’re hoping for a speedy recovery for our beloved Shiva.
Around two weeks ago, he underwent surgery and handled it like a champ. Shiva is now back home with us and is on the road to recovery. We will be spending a lot of time together in the coming weeks. Although he is doing well, I took the initiative to have custom sweaters made for him that have a single hole to protect his arm.
He did a great job with the sweater, especially because some cats don’t like wearing them. However, he seemed to feel more secure with it on, as if he was enclosed and protected. Putting it on was quick and easy – he stood on one leg and it was on in no time. To our surprise, he was walking around the very next day. It was clear that he was ready for his new family, and we made sure he was well-prepared for his new home.
Our mission was to locate the perfect match for a cat who had experienced a lot of hardship. Although we received numerous applications, we were delighted to receive an application from a superb candidate who was an excellent fit for the cat and ensured they went to the most suitable home. Recently, my mother relocated and was actively seeking a feline companion. When she met Sheba, it was love at first sight! We knew this was the ideal placement for Sheba, and we’re pleased to report that Sheba is doing splendidly in her new home, where she rules the roost.
